As a company operating in the event industry for 13 years, the product we produced as gifts for our own customers turned into a process of selling to foreign markets with the appreciation we received and was named Eddra Chocolate.
We started to offer you a completely handmade product by combining specially selected dates with high quality Belgian chocolate.

OUR COCOA BEANS
SPECIALLY SELECTED FROM THE WORLD'S BEST SEEDS
The seeds of the cocoa tree are fermented and dried, either immediately or after a period of time. This eliminates the seed's bitter taste and produces a pleasant aroma. These beans are roasted, ground into flour, and the oil is removed. They are then ground again to produce cocoa powder.
Chocolate is made from cocoa beans that have not been defatted.
