SPECIALLY SELECTED FROM THE BEST SEEDS IN THE WORLD
The seeds of the cocoa tree are fermented and dried either immediately or after a while. Thus, the bitter taste of the seed disappears and a pleasant smell occurs. These grains are roasted, turned into flour and the oil is removed. Then, it is ground again to obtain powdered cocoa.
Chocolate is made from unfatted cocoa seeds.
