1. Parties

This agreement, on the one hand,

With Eddra Chocolate (“Seller”)

and on the other hand, it is arranged between the Consumer (“Buyer”) who shops through www.eddrachocolate.com.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, sales price, shipping fee and payment method of the products ordered by the Buyer are as stated in the order confirmation.

​

 

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to cargo within 3-7 business days at the latest from the date of order.

Shipping time and delivery address information are entered by the Buyer.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the cargo company.

​

 

5. Payment Method

Payment can be made via credit card, money order/EFT or online payment systems.

Orders for which payment is not completed will not be processed.

​

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

However;

• Perishable products such as food, chocolate, dates, sweets

• Products whose packaging has been opened or whose hygiene conditions have been compromised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

 

In cases where returns are acceptable, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

7. Return Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to eddrachocolate@gmail.com.

For approved returns, a refund will be made within 14 days after the product reaches the seller.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

​

 

8. Warranty and Liability

The seller is responsible for the delivery of the sold products in full and in accordance with the order.

The Seller is not responsible for any deterioration that occurs after delivery or failure to comply with storage conditions.

​

 

9. Dispute Resolution

In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized according to the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Commerce.

​

 

10. Entry into Force

By approving this contract electronically, the Buyer declares that he/she has read and accepted all its terms.

The contract comes into force at the time of approval.
